About this spot
Hillsides covered with plum orchards of the Nanko variety, Japan's best-known pickling plum, said to be "a million at a glance, their scent carried ten ri". Walking courses of 3 and 4 km loop through the grove. Open from late January to early March; adults 500 yen.
