About this spot
The "Hill of Shibazakura" in Hitsujiyama Park, Chichibu: more than 400,000 moss phlox of nine or ten kinds planted in bands of pink, white and purple, with Mount Buko behind. There is a small entry fee for the hill during the festival (the rest of the park is free).
