About 2,500 hydrangeas of more than 40 kinds line the hillside "hydrangea path" of this Kamakura temple, with views over Sagami Bay. In season the path needs a timed ticket (about 500 yen, on top of temple entry), bookable online; expect around 200 steps in all.
