About this spot
A hillside lavender park of about 4.2 ha in Kami-Furano, looking across to the Tokachi mountains. Much of it is the late-flowering Okamurasaki variety, so it stays purple toward the end of the season. Ring the "Bell of Love" at the top; the town's lavender festival with evening light-ups is held here in early July. Free entry.
